Objectives: Boosting sales of face care products from Garnier, and increasing their awareness among women aged 35 and over.
Action: Zenon created a personalized mailing including a visible sample and a voucher in order to prompt additional sales. Addresses were rented from mail order companies and several other sources, based on previous tests of targeting.
