Objectives: Create traffic in Delhaize stores during a promotion period. Increase the purchase frequency and basket of existing customers.
Action: Zenon designed and delivered an effective postal card annoucing the promotion, entirely personalized (number of "Plus-Points", minimum amount to spend, customers name & address, Delhaize store's address and opening hours, director's name...) and sent to the wide majority of Delhaize clients.
Results: The sales and coupons redemptions were above expectations.
